Haven't posted on here for a while. Busy busy busy! Pricking out seeds and weeding plus a good garden tidy up for us as we opened the garden on 1st May by arrangement now until 30th September. The leylandii 'trees' were cut down and a new fence erected. Suddenly we have an extra 5 feet of space...lots of plans and planting ideas being formed. The Penstemon meadow is on course to be planted out very shortly, along with some Hemerocallis that need to get out of their pots. Weather is inclement at the moment, sunshine and rain, but the garden is enjoying it and the plants are flowering well. Managed to find a cheap plastic greenhouse, so trying some tomatoes, cucumelons, courgettes, coriander, melons and oca in there.
